  3. This field will accept only the numbers 1 thru last day of displayed month.
  4. If the field is preloaded with a day there are
  5.     2 special characters which can be used:
  6.  
  7.     +  will cause the displayed day to be incremented by one
  8.     -  will cause the displayed day to be decremented by one
  9.  
  10. If either of the above characters is entered, the field will be
  11.     updated as specified and no further entries will be allowed.
  12.  
  13. For ease of use:  If any character is typed in the first position
  14.                   of this field, the remainder of the field will
  15.                   be blanked out. Single digit days thus require
  16.                   only 1 keystroke.
  17.                   If you desire to modify only the 2nd digit, use
  18.                   the right-arrow key to step up to it.
